Eldest Souls story trailer sets up the action game's oppressive world

Eldest Souls has just got a brand new story trailer during the 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:Future Games Show Powered by WD BLACK.

The gorgeous hand-drawn trailer sets up the world of Eldest Souls, a fꦺast and challenging boss rush action game that will delight Dark Souls and Hyper Light Drifter fans, confirming the game's release datܫe as 29 July.

As we see from the ominous story trailer, the world of Eldest Souls is not a welcoming one - in a good way of course. A cruel god has brought ruin and pestilence to the game's fantasy world. Th꧟is is where you co✨me in, a lone warrior with a sword made of the mysterious material pure Obsydian. It's on your shoulders to take on the gods who have ruined the world and to do that, you'll be wielding your blade against all sorts of imposing and twisted creatures which this trailer hints at.

While the story trailer is hand-drawn, the game itself is a slice of 16-bit retro action. The game's gothic style still drips with atmosphere in every scene, not that you'll have too much time to pay attention to the visuals. Eldest Souls is a demanding game, and you'll have to master the game's fast-paced combat if you're going to triumph in your quest to take down the old gods. However, each bos👍s you'll go toe-to-claw with (we assume your enemies have claws) offers substantial rewards, so it'll be worth putting in the time and effort to take them down.

You'll also be able to tinker with the hero's fiꦐghting style, with Windslide allowing you to dash through attacks, Berserk Slash letting you build up to do some heavy damage, and Counter favoring a more tactical style where you, well, counter your opponents' attacks. This flexi💃bility should come in handy when figuring out how to take on each colossal boss.

If this foreboding trailer has got you intrigued, Eldest Souls is heading to PS5, PS4, 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:Xbox Series X, 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on 29 July. PC players can head to Steam to wishlist the g𒁃ame so they're ready to take on the tyrannical gods when the game launches later this summer.
