The next season of an Apple TV Plus fan-fave show has been cancelled as it "cannot be salvaged" after its star suddenly pulled out three quarters of the way through filming
The Completely Made-Up Adventures𝓡 of Dick Turpin won't be returning

Season 2 of Apple TV Plus's comedy The Completely Ma😼de-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin has reportedly been scrapped.
First reported by British tabloid , and confirmed by , the second season was cancell✱ed aftꦍer star Noel Fielding pulled out of the show with around a quarter of the season left to shoot. Deadline says season 2 "cannot be salvaged". No reason has been confirmed for Fielding's departure.
The show is a comedic take on the life of famous highwayman Dick Turpin,✃ played by Fielding. Fielding can soon be seen hosting the next season of The Grea✤t British Baking Show alongside Alison Hammond.
As well as Fielding, The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin stars Marc Wooꦉtton, Ellie White, Duayne Boachie, Mark Heap, and Mi👍chael Fielding.
Applꦫe TV's ne🦄xt high-profile release is the second season of Severance, which begins this January 17.
"After season 1, we had to take a step back and ask ourselves, 'What exactly was it that made that work the way that it did?' It was the smaller things, more so than the big things," Severance creator Dan Erickson recently told our sister p🅰ublication SFX magazine. "I think we all ꩲhave an impulse to know what it is Lumon does; what are the goats, and all of that. But at the end of the day, I think what makes the show so special is Mark, Helly, Irving, and Dylan."
