In a VIP match, each team has a randomly assigned VIP. Your objectives are twofold: protect your♎ VIP and kill the enemy VIP. The Beta mainly serves up VIP matches on Snowbound. Whoeveℱr is the VIP will have an overshield by default, so you'll have to make a concerted effort to bring him down. VIPs are identifiable by the star indicators above their heads.

VIPs generally try to hole up on the edges of the m🏅ap, or in one of the bases. The back corners of the map are the most defensible, especially if you have decent mid to long range support. If you prefer a close-up fight, go for one of the bases and work the tunnels.
