Portal 2 pushed to the week of April 18, 2011 in 'the shortest delay in Valve's proud tradition of delays'
The world may end as a result, but we'd rat💯her survive the apocalypse than li🎉ve without Portal 2
Valve announced today that Porta🐷l 2 will be released the week of April 18, 2011, two months after originally expected (er, most recently expected). In typical Valve fashion, the press release mocked the developer's history of unmet release dates, calling this "the shortest delay in Valve's prou▨d tradition of delays."
Update: Valve🐎 hasthat the exact dꦉates are April 20 in North America, and April 22 in Europe.
According to Valve, the delay also"represents the approaching convergence of Valve Time and Real Time," which "spe🔯lls doom for humanity" but won't affect Portal 2's new releaཧse date. That's cool, as long as we get to play the game before the doom hits us.
