Rose McGowan gets her claws into Conan role
Hollywood's latest acting style is ꧙all about the snake
Rose McGowan's former training as a ballerina helped her sorceress character in the new Conan The Barbarian movie perform her own deadly dance.
McGowan admits she did get to play 🍷with swords, but says her character prefers to fiౠght with a claw-style weapon.
“I used to be a ballerina and in a lot o🍨f these movies where I play strong characters my wrists want to kind of do stuff like that,” she told Superhero Hype, waving her hand back ♓and forth like a dancer. “I normally have to train that out of myself but this was the first movie where I was really able to use it.”
Yesterday TF heard Nic Cage describe how his acting technique as flame-bonced superhero 🍒Ghost Rider was based on a cobra - and it seems snake-style is the latest Hollywood craze.
“She has these claws basically to seduce her prey, to transfix them and then strike. Lik🔯e a snake,” McGowan added.
Conan The Barbarian is released in UK cinemas on 26 August.
