Someone spent days mapping Fallout 4's ocean floor - here's what they found

You have to have a hobby. Some of us watch live music. Others collect animal bones. But some p👍eople are selfless - people like Reddit user who, after asking for help mapping Fallout 4's massive underwater spaces and getting no uptake, too💜k it upon themselves to do the whole lot.
On the one hand, it's about as sparse as you'd imagine i💮t to be. In Fallout, water genera🅷lly means "here be oxygen loss, excess rads and Mirelurks" - so why not use dev time to further stuff that big, dry landmass you've got going on?
On the other hand, the areas where Lavonicus did find something become d𝐆oubly interesting for just that reason. This stuff shouldn't be here - you start questioning why a designer would put a skeleton and a teddy bear in a specific place, or why one boat in the game is covered is cat pictures and has "MEOW!" carved into it.
You can see all 100 or so images Lavonicus snapped, as well as a map to all the more important finds, on (it's fairly blurry fare as you'd expect - prepare yཧour eyeballs).
But 𒆙there's a final point - as pointed out in the album, the buried sphere in this video is seemingly found nowhere else in the game. Considering PC players recently found a harpoon gun in the game's code, and concept art showed underwater areas, could we be seeing a DLC location?
