Climb the ladder to the left.

You'll find a manhole just off the road.

Follow the path through to the open area.

Go around to the opposite side of ꦍthe platform and down the ladder.

Hop off the ladder and cross over to the other si⛄de꧒ of the room.

Approach the collapsed tunnel.

The echo is inside the police station.

Enter the building through the double doors.

Once inside, go thr🃏ough the door to the right that leads to the jail cells.

Along this section of 9th Ave is an electronics store. Zip෴ up the rope dangling from the side of the sigꦚn.
