Enter the CERA building at the intersection.

Go around the reception desk to the left.

Finding this echo ✱is one of the objectives in the Police Academy mission, located in the northeast corner of the district.

&Just keep moving trough the building and you'll be asked to analyse the echo. The mission marker wil🐻l lead you to the gym where you'll find it.

Go through the fence topped w🐭ith barbed wire, next to the laundromat.

Head to the wall at the back and turn left.

Go arouꦅnd to the left to find the alley leading behind the stairꦉs.

The recording is next to some bin bags on ꦰthe ground.

Enter P. Wallen and go through to the back exit.

When you leave the building, go around to the rig🦄ht.

Scale the wall and climb up the ladder here.

You'll find an open window up here. Hop through.

Go through the broken window to the roof.

Go up the steps a🍬nd around to the left to find the recording.

Go dꦰown the side street between the two apartment buildings.

Clim🦋b the ladder at the end, and climb up again to reไach the roof.

Go down the stairs to the right.

Time for some more climbing, up to the next roof.

Straight ah𒉰ead of you, you'll find a ramp. Use it♕ to reach the level above.

Go straight on and around to the right.

You can shoot down the dron💟e from here if you like, but co𒅌ntinue along the walkway and climb up at the end.

Zip up the rope to the left.
