have released a new parody trailer, this time lampooning upcoming fantasy smash .
That’s right, despite only just making their way out of cinemas, the Muppets have a DVD to promote, and they’re returning to the spoof formula that proved so popular in the run up to the film’s initial release.
Granted, this latest parody probably isn’t the most inspired teaser we’ve seen from our furry friends, but we can’t resist a bit of Muppert clowning, even when they’re not firing on all cylinders.

The new trailer comes hot on the heels of Jason Segel’s announcement that a Muppets sequel is in the pipeline, but that he won’t be starring for a second time. “My goal was to 🎀bring▨ the Muppets back,” said the star. “I did what I set out to do, and now I wanna pursue more human-related projects!”
