The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition bound for Xbox 360 in April

A release date has been confirmed for the substantially-enhanced console edition of CD Projekt's The Witജcher 2: Assassins of Kings. In a on the game's Facebook page, the company announced that The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition will arrive on Xbox 360 April 17. Calling the title less a port than an “adaptation,” CD Projekt's Michal Nowakowski that “many specialists” had proclaimed the title “one of the 🍎best looking games on Xbox 360 ever.”

As well as all the DLC provided so far for the PC version of the game, The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition will include around four hours' worth of new playable content and some 30 minutes of new cinematics. CD Projekt calls the $60 title “the richest base edition of an Xbox 360 title ever.” An $80 Special Edition will include artwork, behind-the-scenes discs, and flair such as decals and a replica medallion from the game.
